Provided such cover: Is constructed as an addition, uses minimum of 2" x 6" rafter material and 4" x 4" posts with beams securely fastened, and the attached end of rafter is supported by existing bearing wall and not from the fascia, and the proposed roof does not encroach on the required yard setbacks or exceed the allowable lot coverage.
4. Amend Section R105.2 by adding item #12.Replacement of a roof cover where the replacement roof covering classification is equal to or greater than the existing roof covering classification and does not increase the loads upon the structural frame.
