In the R-1-7 single-family district the minimums are a 20-foot front setback, 5-foot interior side, 15-foot corner side and 15-foot rear. R-1-12 and R-1-10 require 20 feet front, 10 feet interior side, 15 feet corner side and 15 feet rear. The large-lot R-A and R-E districts require 30 feet front, 15 feet interior side, 30 feet corner side and 20 feet rear. R-2, R-3 and R-4 require a 30-foot front setback with a 15-foot rear. Table 7-1 controls encroachments, and unlisted accessory structures must sit at least three feet from any lot line.

It is the setback along the street-facing side lot line of a corner lot. In R-1-7 it is 15 feet, wider than the 5-foot interior side setback.
