(a)It shall be unlawful for any person to park, or cause to be parked, any bus, truck, or trailer, excepting a pickup truck of three-quarter ton capacity and standard design, upon any street or alley in an area zoned for residential, semi-commercial and commercial use, except for expeditious delivery or pick up of materials.(b)Residential zones.(1)It shall be prohibited for any person to park, allow to be parked, or cause to be parked, or leave standing, any semi-tractor, semi-trailer, dump truck, wrecker, or tow truck, in any residentially zoned district within the corporate limits of the city....(e)Penalties. Violators of the provisions of this section shall be assessed a civil fine to be paid to the city as follows:(1)First offense, $100.00;(2)Second offense, and any subsequent offense which occurs within three years of the first offense, $200.00; and(3)Each calendar day during which a violation of this section occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
