Lynwood's home occupation list in § 25-95-2 spells out roughly thirty low-impact occupations a resident may run from a house, from architectural services to dressmaking with a single sewing machine, and subsection B is explicit that any business not specifically described on that list, and not separately authorized by the Development Services Director, is prohibited; auto repair, auto body work and similar vehicle-service trades never appear on the list.
