Land Use Table 2 lists six adult-use cannabis business rows. Cannabis dispensing organization prints a C under B-3 and a C under I-1. The craft grower, cultivation center, infuser, processing and transporting rows each print a single C, under I-1. A separate row for Medical cannabis dispensing organization prints P under B-2, B-3, B-4, B-5 and B-5C and C under I-1. Every blank cell is a use the code does not permit.

The B-3 standard quoted here, § 14.1704 E.3.a, sets three tests. The facility cannot sit within 100 feet of the property line of a pre-existing public, private or parochial school, primary or secondary school, house of worship or hospital, and learning centers and vocational or trade centers do not count as schools. It cannot conduct sales or distribution of cannabis other than as the Act authorizes. And it cannot sit within 1,500 feet of the property line of another cannabis business establishment. The same three tests appear for I-1 in § 14.2104 F.3.c.

Section 14.1704 E.3.b lets the Village approve co-location of a dispensing organization with a craft grower or an infuser, or both, under the conditional use criteria, and the collocated establishments must be the sole use of the tenant space. Subsection c lets a medical dispensing organization that was lawfully operating in B-3 on the enactment date run a dispensing organization at the same location as a permitted use.

Operations are regulated in Chapter 11, Article XLI. Section 11.1215 lets a dispensing organization operate between 6 A.M. and 10 P.M. as permitted by law. Section 11.1209 requires a government issued photo identification showing date of birth before a sale to anyone under twenty seven. Section 11.1207 prohibits consumption on the premises, which bars cannabis lounges and social spaces. Section 11.1201 provides that if the Act is amended, the more restrictive of the state or local regulations applies.
