Alameda Municipal Code Sec. 23-1.5 makes it unlawful to be present in any City park outside the hours the park is open to the public. The Recreation and Park Commission sets each park's open hours by resolution and posts signs at the park giving notice, rather than fixing one citywide closing time in the code.
