Aircraft Noise

Alameda's noise code makes it unlawful to repair, rebuild, modify or test any aircraft in a way that creates a noise disturbance or exceeds the city's dB(A) limits. Municipal Code Sec. 4-10.6(b) applies anywhere in the city, including at the former Alameda Point air station, and ties directly into the exterior noise standards fixed by Sec. 4-10.4.
