Shreveport Code of Ordinances § 74-26(b)(1)

In areas where wheeled carts have been provided by the city and in areas where the director certifies in writing that it is not feasible to provide such carts due to lack of an acceptable location, household waste shall be collected once per week from residences and authorized commercial establishments.
