Carts must be curbside before 7 a.m. and off the right-of-way by 10 p.m. Excess waste goes beside the cart in 35-gallon containers or securely tied bags under 50 pounds. Yard waste must be containerized at the curb. During holiday weeks routes shift and the city posts each revised schedule on the Public Works Calendar; no bulk collections are scheduled that week. Bulk items are collected by appointment.

Violations & Fines

Noncompliance draws a 24-hour correction sticker. Failure to correct brings a misdemeanor citation of $500, rising to $750 and $1,000 for repeat offenses within twelve months, with each day a separate offense.
