It is unlawful for any person to park or permit to remain parked or standing any vehicle upon any street, alley, or city-owned parking lot within the city for longer than two (2) days at any one place.

Temple, TX Code of Ordinances § 37-106(b)

No person may stop, stand, or park a vehicle for any purpose or length of time other than for the expeditious unloading and delivery or pickup and loading of property in any place marked as a loading zone during hours when the provisions applicable to such zones are in effect. In no case may the stop for the expeditious loading and unloading of property exceed thirty (30) minutes.
