Juvenile Curfew

Butte County bars anyone under 18 from public places and business premises from 10 p.m. (11 p.m. during Daylight Saving Time) until 5 a.m. under Sec. 15-2.1. A parent or guardian who knowingly lets a minor stay out, and an establishment owner or employee who knowingly lets one remain on site, each commit a separate offense of their own.
