Unimproved urban parcels in unincorporated Butte County face a stricter firebreak standard under Code Section 38A-6(a)(10): a lot of 1.25 acres or less must be cleared across its entire area, while a larger unimproved urban lot needs a thirty-foot cleared strip along every boundary line.
