Carroll County's Residential Districts run four dimensional tiers under § 158.075.03(B)(1): the R-40,000 District requires 40-foot front, 20-foot side, and 50-foot rear yards, tapering down to the R-7,500 District's 25-foot front, 8-foot side, and 35-foot rear yards, with lot width minimums from 150 to 60 feet.
