Carroll County does not fix one countywide park curfew; instead § 94.110 requires the Recreation and Parks Manager to post opening and closing hours at each individual county park. Staying past posted closing time, or leaving a vehicle in a park after closing without permission, triggers separate closed-area and parking violations.
