Park Curfew

Cayuga County's parks, trails and recreation areas keep dawn-to-dusk hours under Chapter 206 unless the Recreation Commission extends them for a scheduled event. Entering or staying in a restricted or controlled area after closing, without the Commission's written permission, is a separate violation carrying its own park-wide penalty.

§ 206-14. Opening and closing hours. A. Parks, trails and recreation areas shall be opened and closed at hours as determined by the Commission.
