Vehicle Noise
On Cayuga County park property, operating a watercraft, wheeled vehicle, snowmobile or similar equipment so it creates unreasonable noise, a disturbance or an annoyance to others is disorderly conduct under § 206-9F(11), the same subsection the Parks and Trails Commission uses to police reckless and dangerous operation.
