Street Fair Rules
A street fair or festival in unincorporated Charlotte County needs a temporary use permit under Code § 3-9-87. A footprint under 1,500 square feet needs a $150 Type 1 permit; anything larger needs a $300 Type 2 permit, and every event is capped to 8 a.m.-9 p.m. on weeknights and 8 a.m.-11 p.m. on weekends.
