Clayton County bars anyone 17 or younger from unsupervised public places between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Sunday through Thursday, and between midnight and 6:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, under the Child Curfew Ordinance, Sec. 62-11.1 through 62-11.7. Parents, guardians, and business operators who knowingly let a minor stay out can be cited alongside the child.
