Rodent Control
Clayton County requires commercial and industrial waste containers to carry a cover sturdy enough to keep out flies, insects, and rodents under Code of Ordinances Sec. 78-10. Containers over 90 gallons count as commercial, must sit at least 30 feet from the property line, and can't be left in a position that creates an unsanitary condition.
