Clayton County limits garage and yard sales to three per residential lot in any twelve-month period, with each sale capped at three consecutive days, under the county's Garage and Yard Sale Ordinance (Sec. 6.39). Hosts must pull a permit from Community Development at least 24 hours before the sale and follow signage, conduct and traffic rules while it runs.
