Park Curfew
County parks in unincorporated Franklin County open at 8:00 a.m. and close at sunset unless the parks and recreation department has authorized an event to run later. Separately, no one may enter, use, or remain in a park between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. without a written permit. Breaking either rule, or any other park regulation in Chapter 20, is a Class III misdemeanor enforced by park staff and the sheriff's office.
