Franklin County bars riding a skateboard, along with bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, sleds and similar devices, on park sidewalks, trails, courts, ballfields, benches, tables or parking lots, unless the area is specifically designated for that use or the rider is only passing through to reach or leave the park, under section 20-1(9).
