Garage Sale Signs

Miami-Dade County Code § 2-103.15 bars every sign from County-owned right-of-way, and the ban reaches garage sale signs of 22 inches by 28 inches or smaller whether they are staked, nailed, taped or glued. Retailers that sell pre-printed garage sale signs must post a checkout notice in English, Spanish and Creole warning of fines up to $500.00 per violation, with a warning for a first offense.
