In unincorporated Putnam County, a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment establishment cannot open within 2,500 feet of another such establishment, a church or a school, within 1,000 feet of residential zoning, a park or rural-residential land, or within 300 feet of a bar that serves alcohol on-site, and it may operate only in the C-3, C-4 or IL zoning districts under Putnam County Code sections 10-81 and 10-84.
