Juvenile Curfew
Anyone under 17 in unincorporated Valencia County must be off the streets and out of businesses by 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday nights, and by 12:01 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday mornings, both until 6 a.m., under Valencia County Code §§ 130.01-130.03. A minor who remains in a public place or on business premises during those hours commits an offense, and so does a parent, guardian, or business operator who knowingly lets it happen.
