Public Marijuana Use
Valencia County Code § 112.20(C) makes it unlawful to consume cannabis in a public place or on county-owned property, or anywhere else if the smoke can be detected from a public place or public property. The rule reaches beyond licensed consumption areas: even inside a retailer's own consumption area, § 112.20 bans smoking outdoors and confines indoor smoking to a standalone building whose ventilation does not reach other indoor spaces.
