Sidewalk & Mobile Vending

Anyone running a street or sidewalk stand in unincorporated Valencia County needs a county business license under § 110.02(L) and must pay $50 a year, unless the stand is run for charity. The County Clerk issues the license, and operating without one exposes the vendor to the chapter's general penalty.
