Height Limits
In Valencia County's commercial zoning districts, Code § 154.120(F)(8)(a) caps any fence or planting at 3 feet inside the 15-foot clear-vision area at road intersections in the C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District, and § 154.121(B)(14) applies that same limit to accessory fencing in the C-2 Community Commercial District.
