Solicitor Permits
Door-to-door solicitors working in unincorporated Valencia County must buy a county license under § 110.02(F) and post a $1,000 bond before knocking on a single door. Non-residents of the county for under six months pay $1 a day for a minimum of 30 days in advance, and the bond stays in force for one year to cover any damages a resident suffers.
