Walton County lets planned unit developments of 100 acres or more earn extra residential density by enhancing, restoring or creating wetlands and native vegetation: LDC § 2.05.03 awards two to eight bonus dwelling units per acre depending on the category and activity, on top of a project's base zoning density.
