Bar & Nightclub Noise

In unincorporated Walton County's Grayton Beach community, the board of county commissioners found that late-night bars and package stores selling alcohol drove up noise, traffic, crime and loitering, so Section 3-6 cuts off alcohol sales and consumption there at 11:00 p.m. on weeknights and midnight on Fridays, Saturdays and four major holiday eves.
