Park Curfew
Wicomico County parks are closed to unauthorized entry from sunset to sunrise under § 179-3.A, with the Director empowered to close areas further for maintenance, safety or environmental reasons. Lighted ballfields and courts can stay open for county-approved programs until 10:00 p.m., and violations carry a civil infraction fine of up to $1,000.
