Anyone promoting an outdoor musical festival in unincorporated Wicomico County needs a special entertainment permit from the County's Director of Administration before the event, under Chapter 110 of the County Code. The application, filed at least 21 days ahead, must include sanitary, medical, parking, and fire protection plans approved by the Health Department, Sheriff, and Fire Marshal, and the Director must approve or deny it within 10 days.
