That no person shall erect or cause to be erected any barbed wire, razor wire, and/or electrified fences in any areas zoned for single family dwellings or on property that borders areas zoned for single family dwellings within the city; provided however, that this section shall not apply to barbed wire, razor wire, and/or electrified fencing installed on top of fences which are six (6) feet high or higher located on properties zoned for apartment, commercial or industrial uses.(b)Any person found guilty in violation hereof shall, upon conviction, be subject to fine or imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of section 10-6(b), Municipal Code of the City of Hoover, Alabama.
