Huntington, NY Filming & Production: Location Permits (2026)

Section 108-5 of the Town Code requires a permit from the Huntington Town Attorney's Office before anyone commences production of content on property or facilities owned by the Town of Huntington or its Board of Trustees, and the issued permit must be presented on request. Section 108-6 sets the application requirements: the fully completed, signed application must be submitted to the Town Attorney's Office not less than 48 hours before filming begins, and late submissions may incur a rush charge.
