3.Limits in Which Storage Of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Is To Be Restricted:3.1.Limits in which storage of any quantity of liquefied petroleum gas is restricted are hereby established as the corporate limits of the City, except by special permit approved by the Bureau of Fire Prevention.4.Motor Vehicle Routes For Vehicles Transporting Explosives And Blasting Agents: The routes for vehicles transporting explosives or blasting agents are hereby established as Illinois Route 88 (Illinois toll road — east-west) and Illinois Route 59, except that other routes may be allowed by special permit approved by the Bureau of Fire Prevention.5.Motor Vehicle Routes For Vehicles Transporting Hazardous Chemicals Or Other Dangerous Articles: Routes for vehicles transporting hazardous chemicals and other dangerous articles are hereby established as Illinois Route 88 (Illinois toll road — east-west) and Illinois Route 59, except that other routes may be allowed by special permit approved by the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
