Sandy City Code Section 21-11-19 governs mobile food businesses operating in commercial and industrial areas. No person may operate a mobile food business without first obtaining a business license from Sandy City, though a current license in good standing from another Utah political subdivision may substitute for a City license. 00 per occurrence, naming Sandy City, its officers, officials, and employees as additional insureds, with 30 days' written notice required before cancellation.
