080 makes it unlawful for any mobile food vendor to sell, solicit or park a vehicle within one thousand (1,000) feet in any direction from the extreme outside perimeter of school property during the hours schools are in session, or during the one-hour period after those sessions close: a rule enforced citywide against trucks that would otherwise cluster near campuses at dismissal. 090 separately restricts when a mobile food vendor may operate at all: it is unlawful to operate within the city between one hour after sunset and three hours after sunrise, though the curfew does not apply to a vendor serving a bona fide construction job or a commercial place of business, which lets trucks work early-morning job sites and late commercial shifts the general curfew would otherwise bar.

110 adds a parking-method rule for the truck itself: when stopped to sell, the vehicle's right wheels must be parallel to and within eighteen (18) inches of the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway, and no music, jingles or similar tunes may be played while the vehicle is stopped or parked. 100 requires a trash receptacle on the vehicle, making the operator responsible for littering near it.
