Full Breakdown

Village Code Chapter 31 confines mobile food vending to designated areas: § 3-31-8(A) requires vehicles to operate only where 'set forth in this chapter and described on the license,' and § 3-31-15 makes it unlawful to vend 'in any area within the Village other than areas specifically prescribed by the Village.' Sales are further limited to 7:00 A.M. through 10:00 P.M., and § 3-31-13 caps citywide licenses at six. A vendor operating outside its licensed spot, or outside licensed hours, is in violation regardless of where it parks.
