' Section 100-2 makes it lawful for any 'authorized organization' as defined in § 476 of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law, once licensed, to conduct bingo within the Town, subject to Article 14-H, Article 19-B of the Executive Law, and the Town's own restrictions. Those restrictions bar anyone but a licensee from conducting the game or renting out a hall for it (§ 100-2A); forbid rental deals tied to a percentage of receipts or profits (§ 100-2B); require bingo supplies to come only from a licensed supplier or another authorized organization (§ 100-2C); require net proceeds to go entirely to the organization's lawful purposes (§ 100-2D); cap any single prize at $1,000 (§ 100-2E); cap the aggregate of a series of prizes on one occasion at $3,000 (§ 100-2F); limit management and operation to bona fide members, unpaid, of the licensed organization (§ 100-2G, H); and allow bingo on any day of the week the license covers (§ 100-2J).
