No display of merchandise, equipment, or supplies is permitted that would be visible from the street or neighboring properties. The exterior appearance of the dwelling must not be altered for business purposes. Vehicles with commercial signage or equipment must comply with residential parking restrictions and may not be stored on the residential property as part of the home business operation.
Displaying commercial signage at a home occupation violates the permit conditions and may result in permit revocation and code enforcement action.
