Tamarac Code § 14-26 governs parking on public rights-of-way, and subsection (c) singles out bicycle lanes: it prohibits parking a motor vehicle on a dedicated bicycle lane, or parking in any manner that blocks a driveway or sidewalk, impedes the free flow of traffic, or interferes with emergency vehicles passing through the city, and it applies at any time of day or night with no exceptions written into the text. The subsection sits inside a broader right-of-way parking scheme: § 14-26(a) generally allows parking in paved portions of the public right-of-way unless a specific neighborhood has restricted it through the city's On-Street Parking Policy, either by prior city action or by a petition signed by fifty-five percent of residents, and § 14-26(b) separately bans all parking on the Woodlands Boulevard right-of-way at any time.

The bike-lane and obstruction prohibition in § 14-26(c) is not subject to that neighborhood opt-in or opt-out process; it applies citywide regardless of how a given block has voted on general on-street parking. Enforcement runs through the parking enforcement specialists the city commission created at § 14-5, a role the city manager can assign to code enforcement officers, fire inspectors or other appointees who meet the training requirements of F.S. § 316.640(3)(c)1, giving Tamarac more than sworn police officers to write citations for a vehicle blocking a bike lane.
