Subsection (E) can also require dedication of an avigation easement to Orange County for noise-sensitive uses proposed in the JWA Planning Area, and subsection (I) requires any new public park sited within Noise Impact Zones 1 or 2 of the JWA Airport Environs Land Use Plan to post notices warning users about aircraft overflight and noise.
