Section 52.52(F) reaches any animal, bird, or fowl kept in Weston whose noise is frequent or continued, folding it into the Loud and Raucous Noise standard § 52.50(A) defines: sound that, by volume, duration, character, and time of day, disturbs reasonable persons of ordinary sensibilities. Unlike the specific curfews written into § 52.52(E) for yelling and § 52.52(J) for construction, the animal-noise provision carries no set hours, so a dog or rooster that barks or crows frequently enough can violate it day or night, not only after dark.

The provision sits alongside, but is separate from, Broward County's countywide animal-care and leash rules, which Broward County Animal Care enforces; § 52.52(F) is Weston's own noise-based tool against a persistently loud pet. A neighbor who wants an officer to act on the noise must sign a sworn statement under § 52.51(A), unless the officer personally hears the disturbance and cites it directly under § 52.51(B). Enforcement runs through the Broward Sheriff's Office, which polices Weston by contract, and municipal Code Compliance.
