Section 13-75(9) of the Richardson Code declares construction activities involving erection, excavation, demolition, alteration, or repair of any building within a residential district or within 300 feet of any occupied residential structure to be loud and disturbing noise when conducted prior to 7:00 AM or after 6:00 PM on weekdays, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, if the noise exceeds permissible octave band decibel limits prescribed in the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
