Section 10-12-005(B) sets seven independent triggers for the oversized-vehicle classification: eight feet or more in width, seven feet or more in height, twenty-seven feet or more in length (including an attached trailer), gross vehicle weight over 10,000 pounds, gross vehicle weight rating over 14,500 pounds, or any truck tractor, semitrailer, or dump truck regardless of size, other than a modified pickup with a standard bed. Meeting any single trigger classifies the vehicle. Section 10-12-010 then bars parking such a vehicle, or a major recreational vehicle, in any public right-of-way within thirty feet of an intersection or crosswalk, or within ten feet of a public or private driveway, and Section 10-12-030 separately bans blocking a traffic control device's approach within thirty feet.

Section 10-12-050 exempts moving vans and similar vehicles loading or unloading personal goods for up to twenty-four hours, vehicles making pickups or deliveries for up to four hours, and construction equipment actively working a public project site. Section 10-12-060 bans using any oversized vehicle for living or sleeping on a street or right-of-way. Enforcement runs through Section 10-12-080's notice-and-tow procedure: a written notice gives the responsible party seven days to move the vehicle before the city tows it and bills $75.00 in administrative costs, which becomes a lien against the vehicle if unpaid within thirty days.
