Columbus City Code Β§3312.35 provides that no commercial vehicle shall be stored or parked on a residentially zoned lot. Exceptions exist for infrequent, short-term parking of commercial vehicles for conveying tools/materials, delivering goods, or moving furniture β but only during the time such parking is actually necessary. Vehicles with business names/advertising that are regularly parked at a residence violate both the parking code and home occupation provisions.
Parking citations $50 to $250. Repeat violations: increased fines. Towing for oversized or illegally stored commercial vehicles.
