Exceptions exist for infrequent, short-term parking of commercial vehicles for conveying tools/materials, delivering goods, or moving furniture — but only during the time such parking is actually necessary. Vehicles with business names/advertising that are regularly parked at a residence violate both the parking code and home occupation provisions.
