Columbus City Code §3312.35 (Off-Street Parking and Loading) prohibits parking or storage of boats, trailers, camping trailers, and recreational vehicles in required off-street parking spaces, in front of the setback line, or in required front, side, or rear yard areas on residentially zoned lots. RVs may not be stored on unimproved surfaces in residential zones. Temporary RV parking for loading/unloading is permitted. Violations may result in code enforcement action.
