13(c) prohibits parking a school bus, mobile home, commercial tractor, agricultural tractor, truck over 2,000 pounds net weight, bus, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer or moving van on any street within Parma's residential districts between one hour after sunset and one hour before sunrise. 13(d)(2) allows only one commercial vehicle per dwelling unit overnight, and only if it does not exceed 8,500 pounds gross weight or 82 inches in overall height; that vehicle must sit in an enclosed garage or on a hard-surfaced driveway or turnabout behind the front setback line.
The same subsection flatly bars overnight parking of tow trucks, dump trucks, flat-bed trucks, tractor or semi-tractor trailers, stake bed trucks, box trucks, any vehicle with dual rear wheels, and any vehicle hauling hazardous or flammable materials beyond what its own operation requires, regardless of weight. 13(e) separately bars parking a commercial tractor, trailer or semi-trailer overnight except for the minimum time needed to make a delivery or conduct business on the premises. All commercial cars, motor vehicles and tractors parking on commercial property must sit behind the rear setback line, and commercial vans must park behind the front building line on the operator's own property.
