Per Ordinance No. 348, the registered owner of a camper or recreational vehicle may temporarily park it in front of their residence. Permanent storage must comply with zoning setback and screening requirements. Rural and agricultural zones have more flexibility for vehicle storage. Suburban unincorporated communities may have CC&R restrictions through HOAs. RVs may not be used as primary dwellings without approved utility connections. Parking lot requirements follow Section 18.12 of Ordinance 348.
